The game Hidden Treasure is a great game, not that much activities or challenges to do. All you have to do for this game is to find objects that is hidden somewhere on the screen, so playing this game is easy, all you do is find the objects that is given to you at the bottom of the screen. I like how they hid some of the objects that i found it hard to find, it is mostly because of the backgrounds they used, i like it how they made the objects blend in to the background or camaflouge which makes it harder for the players to find. I would like to use this idea of background to put in my up coming game that I have not created yet but i would like to use it anyway. The graphics of the game as you can see is actually pretty good with all the objects, backgrounds and people in it makes an successful game. I really enjoyed playing this game because is cool. The narrative at the beginning says "The year is 1666, London is burning, help Isaac Newton gather precious artefacts as he retreats to Woolsthorpe Manor and on to the Royal Society. Select a level below, and find the hidden objects within". I have to say this gives me an understanding of what we were able to do for the game so for my game i have to remember to put this in in order for the players to know how to play the game.
I can see that you are understanding aspects of games that could be used to help your target audience understand your game quite easily. If you were to put this into your game what type of audience are you going to target? and would you use the same narration method from this game?. I think the graphics are pretty cool too, as it is simple, with the big headed characters and art it takes on a more fairy tale/fiction type of vibe. Engaging the audience with this art that seems to be mocking either the year/the event that's happening makes the graphics and the game interesting.
